Since the menu interface of the printer does not support Japanese, I will write this listing in English to make clear that you need to know English to use it. If you do not understand basic English, you will have a difficult time to use the printer.You can print Japanese from either the desktop or smartphone app, but not from the built-in keyboard interface of the unit.The printer is brand new and unused. It's able to connect to a PC by USB and print by using the desktop software. You can also print from a smartphone using Bluetooth with a dedicated app. You can use TZe tape from 3.5mm to 24mm.I am selling since I have many other label printers and do not plan to use this one.Returns are not accepted.
